Please read our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Declaration, and General  Return Policy below. If you do not agree with them; please do not place an order or if you all ready place it, please cancel it, when we call you, send us an e-mail or call us by phone. Otherwise you are accepting our store policies.

We are serving to USA AREA ONLY, we SHIP ONLY to the same address as your credit card billing address, or if you have a USA PayPal account we ship to a confirmed address.

In case that we had received your order and you did not finished the transaction payment with PayPal your order will be canceled.

On online and phone orders we accept USA Money Order, USPS Domestic Money Order or USA Cashier Check only.

If you pay with one of them we ship to anywhere with mail service in the USA area as soon as we had received the money order mentioned above.

We do not accept international money orders neither business or personal checks.

When you place your order in the checkout process just select this option and send your USA Money Order or USA Cashier Check to our address, as soon as we receive it we will ship your order.

When you place an order you will receive immediately an order confirmation e-mail; here you will find a secure link to your order status page.

If you need to communicate with us about your order after it has been place, please include your invoice number to prevent unnecessary delays. Please also verify that you are providing us with your correct e-mail address.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final/No refunds or credits

If you refuse to receive your merchandise after the time to cancel your order has expired and the carrier returns the merchandise to us, you will be given a credit for your invoice amount minus 15% restocking fee, deliver and return shipping cost.

However, if we make a mistake in your shipment, we will accept returns. We apologize if we sent you incorrect merchandise and if you need to return some merchandise to us, it needs to be returned via insured/prepaid US mail or UPS within 10 days of when you received the package.

It must comes in the same state it was send to you, meaning in the original closed package, unused, with all tags in place and your receipt or invoice.

Although we received your merchandise if it shows any sign of being open or used we are at liberty to refuse the devolution, and your merchandise will be available to you but once again, you will have to pay for shipping and handling back to you. If you do not authorize us to charge you the shipping and handling back to you, we will storage your merchandise for 30 days, after that, you are accepting to donate it to the Cancer Society Institute or another charitable association at our choice.

In case, we had made an incorrect shipment and the merchandise satisfied our inspection, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. As soon as we had received your return, if we do not have a replacement item on stock a credit will be issue and you will be able to select another one with the same value or order another one with more value, paying the difference. If we do not have the merchandise you were asking for, we will refund the total amount returned by the same way you paid.
